No One Left Behind
After surviving the horrors of war, it’s completely normal for us to experience a wide range of emotions as we make the transition from warrior back to civilian again. These intense feelings can cause physical and mental pain that can be too tough to bear and can affect our ability to function in daily life. In the absolute worst cases, it can potentially lead us to take our own lives.
No One Left Behind initiative has been established to help bring awareness and outreach to address the severe mental and emotional pain some of our combat Veterans are experiencing. It’s time to take action and win this terrible internal war we are battling. There is absolutely no shame in PTSD, or any other wounds received in war.
No One Left Behind initiative was established to honor one of our fallen Brothers in Arms: Marine Corporal Casey Owens.
