The 2005 Impact A Hero Weekend in the Greater Houston Area was the beginning of a grass roots effort by Impact A Hero to provide a network of much needed continuous emotional and financial support services to our wounded heroes. In addition to making a tax-deductible donation, you can also help in one of the following ways:
Corporate Sponsorships are a major source of funding for our wounded heroes. We need large and small businesses to participate, for more information on ways you can sponsor the 2017 Impact A Hero Weekend please contact Laurel Goodroe at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Without your financial support our growth support and emergency financial need programs are limited.
Your donation will help support the following programs:
Impact A Hero Weekend.
Impact A Hero Growth Support.
In this program we work with the veterans to remove barriers to their growth and provide opportunities for their progress. This can come in many forms from mentorship, financial literacy help and public speaking.
Impact A Hero Emergency Financial Aid.
Many of our wounded heroes and their families need immediate financial support. Mortgage, rent, gas money and handicap accessible retrofits are some of the needs that are wounded heroes have for emergency financial aid.
Impact A Hero Holiday Support.
In this program we produce Christmas and holiday parties for our wounded heroes.

Donate in Memoriam
A gift in memory of a loved one is a lasting and meaningful tribute. Your thoughtful donation to the work of Impact A Hero will help make an impact to a severely wounded veteran.
The family of the deceased may wish to honour their memory by requesting donations to the Organization in lieu of flowers.
Many people find it comforting to know the passing of one person’s life, while sad, can have a positive impact on the lives of many others.
Impact a Hero appreciates the generous support with “in memoriam” donations during a difficult time. To make a donation at any time in memory of a loved one, click here to donate now:
