Dick Lynch is the founder and president of Impact Player Partners. Prior to founding Impact Player Partners Dick produced executive leadership conferences and authored a book on leadership. He resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife of twenty years and four children.

Larry and his wife, Brenda, married in 1981 and in addition to their son, have a daughter. Since 2005, Larry continues to serve as the 5K Co-Chairman.

Staff Sergeant James Johnson was born in Lake Charles, LA, in 1977. He graduated from McNeese State University, in Lake Charles, with a B.A. in Elementary Education. James began a career as an elementary teacher before being deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Rod is the Co-Founder and President of Team Trident LLC. He graduated from Texas A&M University and went on active duty in the Marine Corps in 1988. He and his wife, Melissa, live in Katy, Texas and are proud parents of Catherine, Brooke and Austin.

Daniel J. Sullenbarger
Daniel J. Sullenbarger retired from Marathon Oil Corporation on January 1, 2013 where he served as vice president of Corporate Compliance and Ethics at Marathon Oil Corporation. He joined Marathon in 1975, and held a number of positions in the Law Organization in Findlay, Ohio, London and Houston.
He earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from Ohio Northern University.
