Founder & Managing Director
Dick Lynch is the founder and president of Impact Player Partners. Prior to founding Impact Player Partners Dick produced executive leadership conferences and authored a book on leadership. He resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife of twenty years and four children.

Larry Boyd
Larry is co-founder and Managing Principal of Oak Bridge Financial, LLC. He was raised as an “Air Force Brat”, and his son is currently at Fort Rucker Alabama in Army Apache Helicopter Flight School.
Larry and his wife, Brenda, married in 1981 and in addition to their son, have a daughter. Since 2005, Larry continues to serve as the 5K Co-Chairman.

Ed Hare
Ed is the owner of a private investment and consulting company focused in the energy industry. Ed and his wife Debra reside in Sugar Land, Texas.

James Johnson
Staff Sergeant James Johnson was born in Lake Charles, LA, in 1977. He graduated from McNeese State University, in Lake Charles, with a B.A. in Elementary Education. James began a career as an elementary teacher before being deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Rod Long
Rod is the Co-Founder and President of Team Trident LLC. He graduated from Texas A&M University and went on active duty in the Marine Corps in 1988. He lives in Cypress, Texas and is the proud father of an 18 year old daughter and 16 year old son.
