Rod is the Co-Founder and President of Team Trident LLC. He graduated from Texas A&M University and went on active duty in the Marine Corps in 1988.

He and his wife, Melissa, live in Katy, Texas and are proud parents of Catherine, Brooke and Austin.

Doug Hall

Doug Hall is currently the Vice President of Special Projects for the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority. He has previously served as the General Manager of the Toyota Center for the Houston Rockets and as the GM of BBVA Compass Stadium for the Houston Dynamo. He most recently finished as the President/CEO of the 2016 Houston Final Four Local Organizing Committee.

Hall is a graduate of Texas A&M and holds a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University. He spent four years on active duty as a USMC Infantry Officer.

Greg Ladeveze

Greg currently works as an Investment Banker focused on the oil & gas sector. He graduated from United States Military in West Point, NY before serving on active duty as a Field Artillery Officer, which included a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following his military service, Greg received an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Greg and his wife, Tracy, reside in Humble, TX with their three daughters, Alexa, Sophie and Collins.

Bill recently retired from the Texas Association of Counties after 24 years as the Manager of Employee Benefit Programs. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin..

He and his wife Janet live in Pflugerville, TX and are parents of five children and grandparents of five.

“Janet and I feel the best way to honor our son Byron (Sgt Byron Norwood, USMC) and his ultimate sacrifice is to devote ourselves to the welfare of those who also sacrificed and are now home dealing with combat related injuries.” – Bill

Constance White

Constance White is the Executive Director of Spindletop Charities, Inc., an oil and gas industry supported non-profit organization supporting youth charities.

She graduated from University of Arkansas, and now resides in Houston.

Neil Campbell

Neil Campbell is currently the Director of Corporate HSE for Pacific Drilling. He has previously served as the Director of the Independence Ride for the past 10 years and has served a 2-year term as a Board Member on the Schlumberger Employees Credit Union.

Neil graduated as an Electrical Engineer from University of Saskatchewan and is now residing in Sugar Land, TX. He has been happily married for 31 years and has 2 adult daughters. Besides supporting our veterans, his personal passion is road cycling.

Robert Paiva

Robert “Rob” Paiva (USN Vet) joins us as someone you may already be familiar with as one of the co-hosts for the fast-growing AM radio All-Veterans talk show, VOC Radio with Rob & Doc on AM1070 The Answer. Rob joins fellow Navy Veteran Brandon “Doc” Buttrey every Sunday to bring fellow Veteran guests from around the U.S. who are Motivating, Inspiring and Empowering our Veteran community.

Additionally, for his “day job,” Rob is currently the Houston Business Development Manager for New Earth Inc and brings over 25 years of experience in both the private and non-profit sector, having been focused in V.C. and Private Equity for Technology and Oil & Gas for the last 8 years. Rob resides in the Spring Shadows neighborhood of Houston with his wife Roxanne and their son Hudson. Rob holds a BBA-Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Robin Ritchie

Robin “Rob” Ritchie is the co-founder and Managing Partner for ProHealth Resources LLP, a healthcare staffing and perm Placement Company. He is a graduate of The Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and holds a Masters degree in Government from TCU. Rob also served 27 years in both the active and reserve components of the U.S. Army where he held worldwide command and staff positions including multiple command and advisory tours in Vietnam as a combat infantryman.

Additionally, Rob is a past Board President of Fort Bend County Habitat for Humanity as well as former Vice Chair of Habitat Texas. Rob resides in Sugar Land, TX with his spouse Jan and is the proud father of two children and six grandchildren.

Mike Nasche

Mike Nasche is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Sense of Urgency Consulting LLC. He is an Airborne Infantryman, a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and a subject matter expert in Veteran Transition.

Most recently Mike served as the Chairman of the Veterans Resource Group at Baker Hughes Inc. and helped them become the #3 Most Military Friendly Company in the Nation.

In addition to his combat experience, Sergeant First Class Nasche served as a Military Recruiter for the Army.

“Our Vision and Mission inspire me, and I’m so honored that the Board of Directors have chosen me to be their ‘hands and feet’, to serve my brothers and sisters all across this great nation. I want to help Veterans overcome the obstacles that are in the way of achieving their goals. I want to help Veterans find purpose and meaning in their lives after they hang up their uniforms. I want to inspire them to avoid this idea of victimization, and, instead, chase exceptionalism.” – Mike

Laurel Goodroe
Director of Marketing & Communications

Laurel has a BA in Communications and an MA in Advertising. For the past 8 years she has been working for non- profit trade associations where she managed membership, led the production of a bi-monthly magazine, coordinated events and managed over 100 virtual volunteers across the US. Laurel has been involved with Impact A Hero in various capacities for a little over 4 years through her husband, Jack, who is also a wounded Hero.
